Une vraiment mauvaise expérience d’achat. en photos, un beau fauteuil en état d’usage normal, au prix apparemment justifié. en vrai, après un délai de livraison court, j’ai vu arriver sur mon trottoir le fauteuil sans aucune protection à part un vague film plastique qui ne couvrait pas les pieds. ceux-ci avaient été abîmés. j’ai en outre découvert qu’un montant réparé était d’une couleur totalement différente du reste. les photos dissimulaient cette info, donc tromperie sur le produit. je l’ai immédiatement retourné (laissé en main du transporteur) et plus de 3 semaines après j’attends toujours le remboursement auquel selency s’est engagé. je trouve scandaleux qu’un vendeur de beaux produits chers et fragiles les méprise au point de ne même pas les emballer du tout. et le délai de remboursement est excessif.

L'envoi etait un peu lent (fêtes de fin d'années oblige) et les chaises étaient peu protégées mais tout s'est bien passé au final. merci sebastian.
