Pair of doors 101x233cm each old sliding

Pair of large old sliding doors in fir, 101cm wide by 233cm high each. A molded and paneled side with flat strips painted in cream white, the original raw back has never been painted. This pair of doors is part of a rare set of eight exactly identical doors (see the last photo) that we have deliberately chosen to offer you in pairs (remains 2 pairs for sale) This set therefore totals more than 8m linear woodwork (here 2m for this pair). These doors dating from the late nineteenth century, in fir, are paneled, molded, mounted with mortise studs and pegged. The carpentry is in perfect condition (note a lack on the door from left to top right and a part with a slot on the door from right to top left taken in photo), the painting has some gaps and splinters visible in the photos. Each door is equipped with its two original recessed handles, made of brass. The bottom of the doors is profiled to slide on a half-round on the ground (see penultimate photos which are those of the pair n ° 1 but identical). They could now be easily assembled with any system with partitions (penultimate photo for example) in order to make a dressing room, a passage, a false partition or of course be used as an element of woodwork, decoration or communication door ... These doors are perfectly straight, stored in the shelter and will be delivered to you as described above. Dimensions: 223cm high, 101cm wide and 3cm deep (21kg each).
