Series 7 or 3117 office chair by Arne Jacobsen for Fritz Hansen. The 7 series, originally designed for a town hall, has become the best-selling model of the publishing house. It is the result of extensive research to obtain maximum ergonomics! It is an evolution of the ant model and is still published by Fritz Hansen. Our chair is a first edition of 1955 (stamped, see photo) attest to the four feet (compared to 5 for the new editions). Wood plating and metal footing on wheels. One of the wheels has been refixed and is worn without changing the stability of the part; the metal is slightly stung which gives it all its charm! In its juice, rare piece! H78 X L50 X P54 cm.
