Woven veneer pendant lamp, Sweden 1970s

Hanging lamp in the style of scandinavian modernism made in sweden in the 1970s. Chandelier made of woven veneer made of two types of trees - vertical stripes are made of coniferous wood - spruce, horizontal stripes are ash, all supported by a steel, tubular frame. The lamp is suspended on a cable in a hemp braid, topped with a bakelite ceiling lining. The object's style refers to agne jakobsson's projects, which she carried out for markaryd. The lamp is fully operational for a single edison bulb with a large thread-e27. The visual condition is assessed as well-preserved vintage, without any damage.
