Eames DSW chair for Herman Miller

Eames DSW chair by Herman Miller from the late 50s/early 60s. Mounted on a damper with walnut base in a rare fiberglass shell of light grey color originally. Original Herman Miller stamps on hull. We overwhelmingly prefer the original fiberglass shells to the modern polypropylene versions, because the patina is so beautiful and they are doing so well - a very important consideration for a home full of children! Overall, very good condition with only a few very small scratches and spots here and there depending on age, but nothing noticeable. (see photos). A breathtaking chair - totally classic, very collectable, that would brighten any room. This is a general list, so the chair you receive may differ from that of the photos, but all the shells we sell are in the same condition, with no major marks or cracks and the bases are new.
