Rare industrial kandem desk lamp from the 1930s

Beautiful subtle clamp lamp from the German brand kandem from the 1930s. Kandem is the oldest lamp manufacturer in Germany and was founded in leipzig in 1889. From 1919 kandem was also closely connected to the Bauhaus school where they met student Marianne Brandt. One of the most appreciated designers of kandem leuchten. This clamp lamp is most likely used primarily in a workshop. The lamp has a beautiful wooden handle and has been completely restored and has a new fabric cord. A true timeless Bauhaus classic!.
