Old oak front door 1925

A solid and massive oak entrance gate from 1925, comes from a bourgeois pavilion in the lyon region. It consists of overlay panels, water jet, the lower part of the door is equipped with a rail system to lower an insulating pad (see last photo). Security locks have been put in place, more recently the locks have their key (in 2 copies for each of the 3 locks). The whole oak is in beautiful condition, solid, on the façade it should be noted a part a little damaged at the top left (before last photo), the door has been realised (to fit its frame) side locks (see photo), this less can be removed easily. This door, the finish of which has never been taken up, (there is almost no varnish), can be well cleaned, stripped, the recent locks can be removed, the milked parts polished, then it can be varnished, repainted according to your tastes, your desires.
