Italian brass umbrella holder, 1950s

Mid-century modern umbrella stand, manufactured in italy in the 1950s. This incredible piece has an elegant and modern design, it is completely made of solid brass, only the base is made of cast iron and aluminum. Original pleasant patina on the brass, the enamel shows slight signs of oxidation and small lacks. The brass has a beautiful patina, the internal parts are enameled with ivory and burgundy paint that shows signs of aging.
