Description
This ancient globe is made of mouth-blown glass. It is a large oval glass bell: memories of marriage or baptism were placed on it... Today we can keep fossils or naturalized insects, or a composition of a miniature universe inhabited by small characters... I point out defects on the glass: it is not perfectly transparent - it is staked from the outside and as if cracked in the glass. It also has splinters at the base. It measures 36 cm in height X 22 X 14 cm.
