Balance of jeweler Trebuchet wood and bronze XX

Balance trebuchet on opening a drawer wooden base. The latter are kept the weight brass. The little lever to raise the trays for a most accurate weight. This scale was in my family. The in-laws of my paternal aunt was German and jeweler. By calculating approximately the dates of birth, this balance must have had a professional use in the early twentieth... So much for the small history
