Description
Ensemble chair and pouf pumpkin by Pierre Paulin. The first public edition of the show designed in 1971 for the private apartments of Claude and Georges Pompidou at the Elysée palace, pumpkin is characteristic of Pierre Paulin's revolutionary style, which he initiated in the late 1950s. Formally, pumpkin evokes a giant pumpkin that offers a protective and voluptuous shell to its user. Recently re-tapisd set in nobilis wool bouclette fabric.
