Beautiful still life of the late 19th century executed with oil painting on wood panel in its original gold round frame. The subject is a beautiful bouquet of mud marigolds and a bouquet of violets placed next to a striped wallpaper. The painting is signed by p. Levasseur at the bottom right. The painting is in very good condition. Some inconsequential paint shortages in two three places. The gilded wooden moulding frame is superb. Very nice french ensemble full of charm.
