Tea furniture (chadansu) in magnifying glass veneer, oak color in front. Amounts and tray in brown/reddish oak veneer. An eventful s side shelf (poetic allusion to steam coming out of a tea kettle). Right center shelf under divided into a smaller closing with a glass door. Two sliding doors glazed. Above a shelf divided into two, with four small sliding doors. In the lower part 3 bulging drawers and two lockers, with doors tilted inwards, adding a discreet dynamic. Two large drawers at the bottom. The joins of the studs are rounded in dovetails. The furniture is fully tangled. Around 1930-50 - there is a small wooden element in the centre, a reference to this wood essence still present in the tea ceremony. Status: the black metal handles were probably reinforced around 1960-70. Wear, small jumps and cracks in the veneer (see photos). Inside the lockers: traces of use, stains. Two discolorations on the outside set (see photos). The low hinges of the bottom two lockers are tired, but functional. This piece of furniture is fully functional and usable, with a wear of time. Weight about 22 kg.
