Werther Toffoloni & Piero Palange hoop lounge chair

Rare hoop chair designed by Piero Palange and Werther Toffoloni, produced by Germa Italy in 1972. Designers Piero Palange and Werther Toffoloni had their collaboration lasted until 1975, under the name studio tipi. Both architects had a great eye for materials and functionality in their work. This hoop chair shows a beautiful combination of a sattle leather sling seat on a beech wood frame. The presence and quality of this seat gives the chair a very impressive look. The seat is secured with brass hardware. The chair stands in an excellent condition and has a nice patina gained trough the years. A strong but also elegant design that can be a real add to your interior.
