Louis Philippe mirror

This louis philippe mirror was saved from a life full of shocks and humidity. The original ice, very thick, has many small alterations of the tain, which gives it depth and a softer reflection than modern mirrors. The frame has many gaps on the stucco and the wooden base has been reinforced at 2 angles. Rather than hiding the defects, they were used with black paint and silver wax patina, to give a "grunge" metallic effect to the whole. To pose or hang in a modern or industrial setting.
