Very rare curved wooden lullaby from Julio Benedito Verdet (Patraix, Valencia, Spain), a variant of the No. 150 model. In the style of Glasgow embodied in late 19th/early 20th century by the Mackintosch couple who frequented and influenced as early as 1900 the architects of the Viennese Secession (Josef Hoffmann, Koloman Moser, et al.) who collaborated among others with the manufacturers Thonet or Kohn. This modernist wave of art nouveau spread to the production of Valencia in Spain, another historical cradle of curved wooden furniture.
