Antique painting landscape sunset, vintage art from the 50's

At the back there is a hanger for mounting on the wall. Since the picture is firmly glued on the back, I cannot judge whether it is the work of a painter or a print. It is protected with a glass pane. I would estimate that it dates back to the 50s. The picture is in an age-appropriate condition, the frame is very well preserved, see photos.
