Small tray / empty-pockets in black lacquered metal decorated with a bouquet of flowers painted by hand. Russian manufacturing from the ussr era. it is a popular russian art of metal painting, especially with a black base and decorate with hand colored flowers. The trays are varnished (three layers) with a black lacquer (rarely another color), are dried at 90 degrees, then the trays are hand-painted with oil paint. traces of labels on the back and stamp.
