Oil on wood View of Venice at sunrise for the 40s

Oil on wood, a wonderful view of Venice, a bridge spans the canal, two gondolas still asleep, the flowers of a roof terrace, the pointed windows, the tranquil water in which the sky and the color of the aurora are reflected. It's all quiet. The wooden panel is a little curved, the hanging cord is still attached to the bugs that hung this beautiful portrait of the Serenissima a long time ago. Unsigned, imprecise date, but possibly before the 1950s. Dimensions: 25cm x 31cm.
