Buffet by Mart Stam for Pastoe 1949

Very rare buffet designed by the Dutch modernist architect Mart Stam in 1948 for Pastoe. Mart Stam designed a few items in very limited numbers in that period for Pastoe. They were introduced by 'Goed Wonen'. This beautiful sideboard is made of oak wood. High quality made with nice details. On the left it has 5 drawers, on the right 2 doors with 2 shelves behind. It is in very good original condition, little wear due to time and usage.
