Industrial Lamp Grandiosa Johannes Richter Design

It may look like a contraption that could shrink your car or home, but it is actually a Grandiosa lamp. Designed as a medical-light-therapy lamp but converted for regular use as a table lamp with an elegant industrial design. It was conceived in what was once East Germany, by Frank Richter Jr. According to the aluminum panel on the lamp, it was built in 1968. These lamps are very rare and are rarely offered for sale. This particular piece has a purple glass filter in front of the bulb, which can be removed. It measures about 30 centimeters (12 ") in height and is in large vintage state. Suitable for a regular E27 bulb, 60W Max recommended.
