Trans Europe Express Train toilet furniture

Unique piece for a collector. This furniture is a trick and incredible charm. It's a show whenever a curious notice and I revealed him such a treasure chest. The tubbing is still underneath, it is very tempting to put it back in service. It must have been made for the use a family whose name starts with year M for a journey on the Trans Europe Express. This train was first serviced in 1928 and it reached France, Spain, Italy, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland. It was at the beginning a first-class passenger only, mostly businessmen. It is in very good shape although one leather door handle could be repaired and the system of opening of the sink must be treated with caution. When I show it to some curious eyes it's always a special moment as it seems this exceptional furniture has the ability to carry away our imagination so easily. Circa 1928/1935
