Metaphora coffee table by Lella & Massimo Vignelli, Italy 1980

Italian coffee table, created in 1979 by Lella - Massimo Vignelli. The four elements that support the glass tray are made of marquina black marble (marble which is becoming very rare). The four forms are inspired by Euclidian geometry, the Cube, the Cylindre, the Sphere and the Pyramid. New state, the marble elements have been re-polished, the glass tray is new (19mm thick).
