Original grey Kaiser Idell desk lamp model 6556 by Christian Dell, German 1930s

Beautiful original gray Kaiser Idell desk lamp model 6556. At the back of the shade this lamp is marked with '' Original Kaisel Idell ''. These lamps were developed in collaboration with the Gebr. Kaiser & Co made. In Neheim Hüsten from 1933-34, which were produced in large quantities. The Kaiser Idell brand and lamp production are owned by the Danish design company Fritz Hansen. This lamp has been used for years in a workshop and then found in a cellar in Mannheim. You don't often come across this model in this gray color! The lamp has been completely restored and has a new cord.
