Stunning italian coffee table in lacquered wood and glass top, 1970s

Stunning luxury italian coffee table from 1970s. Base is made of black lacquered wood with details in burl wood. Base has casters, 4 large spheres are made of black metal with burl wood details. Large glass top stands freely on 4 spheres. Size of the base is 100 X 100 cm, and size of the glass is 115 X 115 cm, glass is 1.5 cm thick and very heavy. There is one damaged area on the lower edge of the base where the wood is chipped (please see the detailed photo), apart from that there are some small superficial scratches and other minor traces of cosmetic wear.
