Description
Another fabulous Murano Mandruzzato vase, created in the 1960s by Luigi Mandruzzato and Flavio Poli. With the effect of the famous summers where the colored glass is encapsulated by clear glass. This vase is special because of its layers 3 colors, red, yellow and blue melting glass. Put this vase in a sunny place to enjoy throughout the day. Unfortunately, this vase was damaged during transport. Not everyone packs their stuff with the care and attention it deserves. The result: chips on one side (photo 5), 2 tiny flea bites (photo 6) and a chip on top (photo 7). Given its impressive size of 27 centimeters (about 10.7") and its spectacular colors, still it seems useful to sell. At a discounted price of course. Luigi Mandruzzato founded his company in 1956 on the island of Murano, Venice. It is a family business to this day. Gianfranco's son took over his father's business in 1965, which in turn passed on his son Alessandro to the third generation.
