Folding rocking chair designed by Takeshi Nii - an icon of japanese and global design. The design is from the 1958. It was produced in the 1950s. Over the years, this armchair model has won many awards. In the 1970 was exhibited at the of modern art in new york. The armchair has a folded mechanism based on an aluminum frame. After folding it has only 19 cm wide. The red leather seat is located 41 cm above the ground. Black armrests are made of plastic. The wooden skids are original and in very good shape. Condition of this modern chair is very good. It’s fully functional and stable. Upholstery is made of red leather with stitching in the same color, which are worn in several places. There is a small orange stain on the upholstery, about 1 X 2 cm. However, this does not affect use in any way. Armrests have slight scratches and marks. There is also patina on the metal, which is very normal thing due to age of armchair. This armchair is fully functional. In a very good vintage condition with some signs of age.
