Description
Lot of three very personal style scandinavian stoneware vases by Curt M. Addin. Rough and rustic in design but great condition with no nags or faults. Hand signed in the bottom by designer. Curt Magnus Addin was born in Lansdskrona, Sweden on the 25th of november 1931. He got his education at Konstfack, Stockholm between 1950 and 1953. During this time he was also working as a part time painter of porcelain at the legendary Gustavsberg studio. From 1954-1956 he continued his studies at Kunstakademiet in Copenhagen. In 1965 he opens his own production in Glumslöv close to the town of Landskrona in Sweden. The tallest one is 18 cm tall and 16 cm wide. The next one 15 cm tall and 16 cm wide. The smallest one is 14 X 14 cm. Great condition with no damage.
