Description
This beautiful gravy boat on a tray is made of montereau earthenware and dates from the 19th century. It is an old jug marked "montereau". In opaque earthenware, this model is glazed with a beautiful pastel blue glaze. Very sober, it is a model from the restoration period (1820-1830) developed by montereau before its merger with the creil factory, therefore before 1840. This sauce boat measures 25 cm X 16 cm X 13 cm high. In good general condition, I note discreet traces of use. The rest of the service (plates, shaped pieces) is also available. A timeless service, created two centuries ago, carefully preserved and reached today in beautiful condition...
