Polychrome carved wooden African mask

Ancient African mask made of carved and hand-painted wood. The openwork headdress is adorned with a multicoloured star motif, as well as a stylised central face in traditional colours of red, white, yellow, and green. This handcrafted piece is created in the spirit of African tribal art, featuring side plant fibres and a beautiful patina from use, giving it a lot of character.
