Victorian-style mahogany style library staircase circa 1900

English library staircase with four steps in mahogany sheathed in green leather, gilded with iron. Victorian style, it probably dates from the early twentieth century. It is supported by a central baluster barrel whose upper part can be dismantled and rests on three legs. Note. The wooden structure is in a very good state of conservation. Traces of wear and tear and some shortcomings are to be noted in the original leather cover of some of the steps. View detail photos. It is 164 cm high, the margins are 50 cm wide.
