Art Deco vase in marbled glass, Lagny glassworks, circa 1930.

Superb vase from the Art Deco period (circa 1930) made of multi-layer blown glass, originating from the famous Verrerie d'Art de Lagny, signed (Lagny-sur-Marne). This model, with its generous and stout body, is distinguished by a magnificent marbled glass work with intercalated powders. It offers a luminous and vibrant gradient of pink, fuchsia, and white shades, subtly enhanced with green touches at the base. A palette of spring-like and poetic colours, particularly sought after for retro or contemporary interiors. The piece has a very beautiful physical presence: it is dense, heavy (2.4 kg), and of high quality. The signature "Lagny" is engraved very clearly and is perfectly legible on the body of the vase (see photos). Condition: Excellent overall condition. No cracks, no chips. Ready to join a collection or to enhance a Mid-Century or Art Deco decor.
