Description
The Jonh Ild model, double bookcase, is one of the first of this type designed by Starck in his career. Published by Disform in 1982, this piece takes its name from the science fiction novel by Philip K. Dick, Ubik. The designer also makes a large number of references to it through several of his creations. The structure of the piece is made up of two metal tube uprights, supporting five wooden shelves. The whole thing, simply placed against a wall, is lacquered black. No brand label is placed on this model.
