Original set from the Italian house Segis, dating from the late 1990s. This iconic piece of structural Italian design combines a large 14 mm thick glass top (200 × 100 cm) with an architectural base made of varnished wood panels, connected by a curved chrome steel stretcher. The transparency of the glass reveals the structure and gives the whole a very graphic presence, typical of pieces selected by architects and design galleries at that time. The four matching chairs, made of chrome steel and varnished plywood with integrated armrests, perfectly complement the set. Their design is characteristic of 90s Italian design: light, functional, and very elegant. This set was originally positioned in the high-end segment of Italian design. Table dimensions: 200 × 100 cm. Glass thickness: 14 mm. 4 chairs included. The set shows a natural patina related to time: some signs of use on the wood of the chairs and fine, barely noticeable scratches on the glass top, invisible in daily use. Overall, it is in very good condition for a piece from this era. A strong piece, ideal for a contemporary interior, a reception area, an architect's office, or a decorative project with a strong identity.
