Ceiling light with pendulum/counterweight, whose position can be adjusted in almost the entire sphere defined by its length. First edition around 1957, drawn by johannes joseph maria (jjm) hoogervorst known as jan hoogervorst (1918-1982) for the publisher anvia (anvia: algemene nederlandse verlichting industrie almelo). This “balancer lamp” is one of the three flagship creations with “the sauterelle floor lamp” (1955) and the “8025 floor lamp” (1955), although it is undoubtedly the most “strictly” asserted as a functionalist lamp. This room has been carefully repainted in its original color by our restorer, its electrification is rewired. L 203 cm xp 38 (= reflector diameter) xh arm 80 cm.
