Antique asian/chinese inspired baluster vase, ball shape - in cinnabar lacquer. With chinese inscriptions on the neck (see last photo) - decorated with finely detailed scenes of life of wise men and chinese children against a backdrop of wild nature and pagodas, mountainous reliefs and cherry blossom trees - decorative floral friezes and scrolls. Made of high quality beige resin which gives it a unique and elegant look. Notice to antique collectors, especially those interested in asian antiques. From the 50s - dimensions/height 17 cm. Max width 9 cm. Neck diameter 5.5 cm. Base diameter 5.5 cm net weight 612 gr. Very good vintage condition.
