Pair of solid pine chairs attributed to rené martin. The latter was charlotte perriand's cabinetmaker, notably for the furnishings of the méribel ski resort. "in the allues valley we had two young carpenters who worked for us, one chardonnet, the other martin, known as ciseaux, both raised in the good tradition of carpenters from father to son, capable of making anything and even innovating with talent" charlotte perriand. Chair with openwork back and quadrangular seat, from an old chalet in the méribel resort. Seat height: 45 cm.
