Large GIEN Choux Bridge service, Rice Grain

Magnificent Pont Au Choux service from GIEN. Grain de Riz motif. Service composed of 108 pieces, in very good condition overall. This service is the celebration of a unique and timeless tradition. The fineness of the paste allows for the creation of extremely fine reliefs: volutes and swirls, lid knobs in the shape of artichokes, and the famous "grain de riz" motif. It was in 1819 that Gien acquired Pont Aux Choux, and this iconic table service. Complete measurements of each of the pieces on request (not enough space here to note them all). A few tiny chips barely visible on the large round dish, the large soup tureen/fruit bowl, on 2 dinner plates. A small crack on 3 coffee cups, on the interior side, which does not affect their solidity. A small chip on the medium round dish of approximately 3 mm. Otherwise everything is in very good condition.
