Advertising poster for macaroni and vermicelli from the rivoire et carret brand produced around 1970 by bernard carant editions. Cardboard support with a clip and two metal eyelets. Rivoire et carret is a brand of pasta founded in lyon in 1860 by two cousins, claudius rivoire and jean-marie carret. Rivoire and carret are the inventors of modern dough in france. On the poster, two young cooks wear double-breasted jackets, pants and hats, typical clothing for apprentice cooks. They cook pasta in a copper pot on a stove.
