Guaranteed to be a favourite for fans of 1970s Italian design: an impressive Murano glass globe (diameter 25 cm), a true artisan feat characteristic of Toni Zuccheri's work for Mazzega. This great designer-glassmaker is known for his organic explorations of material: the "Membrane" work. A delicate trail of vapourous blue seems to float weightlessly inside the crystal, creating a fascinating nebula effect once the lamp is lit. A rare and highly technical detail, the top of the globe curves inward, offering a sculptural relief and beautiful light play. Handcrafted: The glass is thick, mouth-blown, with a wide and polished neck (clean cut edge), a signature of high-quality production. • Globe: In perfect condition. No chips, no cracks. A crystalline purity. • Base: The chrome metal base (Space Age tubular style) was chosen to respect the clean aesthetic of the era and perfectly showcase the globe. Electricity: Rewired, ready to plug in (switch on the base). Vintage LED bulb included. This lamp is a glass sculpture that will bring a touch of character and Italian elegance to your interior (sideboard, desk, or occasional table).
