During this period, they created nearly 300 pieces of furniture, including iconic models such as the AX chair and the Drawn chair. Their work was pivotal to the modern Danish design movement and remains highly sought after by design enthusiasts. Their creations are exhibited in prestigious museums such as MoMA in New York and the National Gallery in Melbourne. Hvidt & Mølgaard-Nielsen received the Diploma of Honour twice at the Milan Triennale.
