1930 art deco pedestal lamp in red copper and bronze patina designed by Georges Halais. With his company, Georges Halais, incorporated on January 1, 1933, is the inventor of modern lighting with, as its first application, the lighting by light strips of some 2,000 meters of passageways of the Normandy liner which was, at at the time, the largest liner in the world.
