Gien earthenware lamp

Old oil lamp, electrified, in Gien earthenware and bronze. The Italian Renaissance decoration, on a white background, consists of two winged cupids depicted in a richly decorated medallion and framed by chimerical figures and griffins. 19th/20th period. The ceramic is in very good condition, no cracks or chips, the lampshade is new and the electrical circuit has been completely redone. Lower part of the bronze foot slightly retracted, damage from time spent. Foot dimensions: 24 x 16 cm. Shade diameter: 30 cm. Total height: 43 cm.
