Ancient face

Superb handcrafted sculpture of a female face in an antique style. This face was made by someone with certainly some know-how! The result is a unique object of which no two copies exist. We appreciate the richness of the details offered by this relief face sculpture: the eyes, lips, nose and hair are particularly worked. Gray / verdigris color. Presence of some gaps revealing the raw material (see photos). This face will easily be placed on an old wooden piece of furniture but a great decorative idea would be to mason it directly on an exterior wall of a courtyard or veranda (or inside) in order to add a nice touch of character. Then simply repaint the room in the color of the wall. Width of 23cm. Length of 36cm. Nice thickness of 13cm. Impressive weight of 6 kilos.
