Large yellow Murano glass pendant lamp by Massimo Vignelli for Venini, Italy 1960's

This yellow glass cylindrical pendant lamp was designed by massimo vignelli for venini in the 1960's. It was made in 2 sizes with a height of 30 cm and 40 cm. This lamp is the large and more rare version. It is made of a beautiful pastel yellow murano glass that gives a very nice and soft light. It is in a very good condition with minor signs of age and use. Some production flaws are visible to the top. Documented in the indoor (dutch dealer and importer) catalogue of 1967.
